Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Pure Vyb (the "Service"), operated by Toronto Warez Inc. ("we", "us"). By checking the consent box and joining a chat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. You must be 18 or older
The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher than 18 — in that case you must meet your local age of majority. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We record your confirmation of age together with a timestamp. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately and permanently. If you believe a minor is using the Service, report it in-chat or contact us at once.
1a. Where the Service is available
The Service is operated from Canada and may be accessed internationally. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. We may block access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.
2. Access codes
Access is granted by time-limited codes distributed to member communities. Codes are for personal use only. Sharing a code outside the community it was issued to, or publishing it publicly, may result in the code being revoked and your access removed.
3. Rules of conduct
You agree that you will not, while using the Service:
- expose yourself, perform sexual acts, or transmit sexual or pornographic content;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or abuse any other user;
- promote hatred or discrimination against any person or group;
- offer, solicit, or advertise drugs, sexual services, or any illegal goods;
- solicit money, promote paid content, or run scams of any kind;
- record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's video, audio, or personal details without their explicit permission;
- impersonate another person or provide false details about your age or identity;
- use bots, scripts, or automated tools, or attempt to bypass our safety systems.
4. Moderation and enforcement
We operate automated and human moderation. Reports from users, automated content filters, and automated nudity detection may result in your session being ended and your access being suspended pending human review. We may permanently remove your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Serious matters, including any suspected exploitation of a minor, may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Video is peer-to-peer and is not recorded by us
Video and audio travel directly between participants' devices. We do not record, store, or monitor the content of your video or audio. This also means we generally cannot retrieve evidence of what occurred in a chat; reports are assessed on the basis of user reports and automated signals. Other users could nonetheless record you using external tools — never share anything you would not want kept.
6. Your safety is your responsibility
We do not verify the identity, age, background, or intentions of any user. We do not conduct criminal record checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for any decision to share contact details or meet in person. Exercise the same caution you would with any stranger.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular match will occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toronto Warez Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Service or your interactions with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version identifier at the top of this page will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
We are based in Ontario, Canada, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. If you use the Service from outside Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
